I love reading. I mostly listen to Audio books. I thought it would be good to share some of the books that I’ve learned from and have helped me over the years. I hope you'll find them as inspirational and as useful as I have. I would love for you share your recommendations too. A Facebook post is probably the best way to do that.
The little big things
What an unbelievably motivational, inspirational and heart wrenching true story. @henryfraser0 is a true inspiration.
The obstacle is in the way
I first read this book by @ryanholiday about 3 years ago and about 10 times since. It was a real game changer for me, and has definitely affected how I live my life.
Can't hurt me
A hugely inspiring book. What I took from it was the art of getting things done when you really just don’t want to.
An insight to how some of the fittest people on the planet think, how they constantly look for their weaknesses and look upon those weaknesses as a chance to improve.
A great book, especially for this time of the year when everyone is trying to change and improve habits in their life.
The daily stoic journal
Reflecting every day not just at New Year. Journaling every day makes me do that!
